Endgame: The Calling
NU har jag läst ut boken Endgame: The Calling skriven av James Frey. Den här boken var så sjuukt bra! Men för er som inte vet något om denna så har ni handlingen här:
Twelve thousand years ago, they came. They descended from the sky amid smoke and fire, and created humanity and gave us rules to live by. They needed gold and they built our earliest civilizations to mine it for them. When they had what they needed, they left. Den här boken var så underbar. Man får ta del av 13 personers olika liv och deras syn på spelet samtidigt som man följer några specifika som blir mer som huvudpersoner. Det ger en bra insyn och samtidigt får höra det hela i olika vinklar. Det är väldigt intressanta personer i denna bok. Enligt mig så är det Sara Alope som är huvudpersonen eftersom jag gillar henne mest och man får följa henne till stor del.
Jag älskar den här boken för att den till stor del är blodig rå och fruktansvärt verklighetstroget. Händer flyger av och folk dör och allting berättas utan skrupler och boken går frammåt med en rå och spännande anda, jag älskart. Jag gillar sättet James Frey skriver på och hoppar mellan saker men ser alltid till att man får svar på sina frågor. Eller ja, till viss del i alla fall. Han lämnade det hela halvvägs och världens cliff-hanger till nästa bok som jag bara vill ha nu nu nu!
Boken var väldigt tjock, 477sidor så det har tagit mig ett tag tillsammans med dom andra böckerna, men samtidigt är jag nöjd att det tog tid så att jag fick njuta av den här underbart spännande, kallblodigt och intressanta sci-fi boken. Jag älskade den verkligen!
